A rather silly Fuuka headcanon

so, Fuuka Yamagishi is an autistic sci-fi teenage enthusiast in a game that takes place in the year 2009, you know, the golden age of bungie. Yes, I am implying that Fuuka is a massive halo fan and regularly infodumps to the rest of sees about it.

She is also a marathon fan too by the way

The novel she reads with Makoto is Halo:Contact Harvest, the only book ever of all time to have both Sargent Johnson and a grunt as POV characters

When the team rescues someone on a low shadow density floor in Tartarus, Fuuka will entertain them on the walk back to the teleport with halo lore.

There are multiple times during the journey where she is resisting the urge to make a poor taste joke about AI rampancy involving Aigis.

I'd like to request a matchup if that's okay. I'm a straight male ENFJ. I'm a Christian, but I understand and respect that other people have different views. I feel that I'm a caring person, almost to a fault. I will always be open to offer advice or give you a chance to vent over anything you might be struggling with. I have a tendency to struggle with guilt, so if I mess something up I will do anything and everything I can to remedy it, no matter how insignificant. Haru has been through a lot throughout the story of P5 and she’s hesitant to trust most people but with your caring and open nature along with your willingness to give her space she’ll open up and depend on you when she most needs it. That said Haru is also an empathetic person who’s suffering over guilt as well so when she sees you beating yourself up over it she’s there to comfort you through it.

Sleeping Meme (Repost do not reblog)

Type of bed: Queen size, until she gets with someone, then eventually a King size bed.

Number of blankets: In the dorms (and into the future), she sleeps with two--one blanket that feels cool and soft against her, and another one on top to keep her warm. She's the person who would rather have blankets for herself and her lover--but, she'll deal with the comforter and bed sheet for them, too.

Number of pillows: She has a long pillow that extends from one end of the bed to the other end, and a pillow on each side. So three? She may include a fourth if she's feeling extra lonely or sad.

Type of clothing: Fuuka loves to wear night shirts a bit bigger than her, but something that doesn't swallow her whole, and shorts--she'll wear sweats or night pants if it's colder outside.

Does it matter where they sleep?: She would definitely love a bed, but if that is not accessible for her, just as long as she has a blanket and/or pillow, she's good to go tbh.

What do they do when they can't fall asleep?: At first, Fuuka would probably text someone she knows who would be up with her. And if THEY don't answer, Fuuka would probably just get on her phone and just watch a quick episode of a show she likes or something on You/Tube. AND if that doesn't work, Fuuka will resort to taking melatonin and try to name all the flowers that are in her room, in her mind, while trying to sleep.

Frequent dreams, and/or nightmares: Frequent dreams usually lean towards stuff she wants to learn how to do or has read up on how to do it and does it in her dreams. When it comes to nightmares, it is usually one of two dreams, depending on the timeline. In the main timeline, she usually has nightmares about Shinjiro's death, and sometimes Minato/Minako's. She will always be thinking about how she wished she could do more. Usually happens on the day they died or the week of. In an alternative timeline, she just has nightmares about her parents and how they treated her badly--only her mind makes it worse. Happens once or twice a month.

Deep slumber or naps?: Before moving into the dorms, she was a girl who napped every time she came back from school. The relentless bullying made her exhausted. Moving into the dorms and there on led to her having more deep slumbers than naps.

When do they sleep?: Usually around 9-10pm, if they don't have to go to Tartarus at night. Afterwards, maybe 15 minutes or so after everyone gets back to the dorm. When she gets older, leans closer to a 11pm bedtime.

What could wake them up?: A kiss on the lips or a sensible spot (the neck for sure). Breakfast in bed would be another, as well as her significant other nuzzling closer to her and trying to wake her up softly. Or her alarm clock--she is paranoid it won't go off and her mind is acutely aware of when it WOULD go off.

((I saw this thing of Twitter where I actually see honorifics being used between the SEES members.

Can I just say that I’m a bit proud of myself that no matter who Fuuka talks to, I’ve done the honorific correctly?

I have Fuuka referring to Akihiko, Mitsuru, and Shinjiro with “last name”-senpai and that’s how she does it it Japanese—when she has gotten closer with them (arena/Ultimax), it goes to “first name”-senpai, and if they are intimate or dating, it goes straight to “first name”.

That’s how I’ve saw it for years—Fuuka respects her senpais and is too scared to call them by their first names unless “senpai” is tagged at the end of it. But this really just made me feel a bit good inside that I’ve done her mannerisms correctly and I’m just giggly right now. XD ))

the desired timeline || Minako and Minato Arisato as the leaders || ending up with Shinjiro Aragaki

     --> follows the story of persona 3 portable // the Answer is slightly different, seeing as Shinjiro is alive. Arena and Ultimax end up the same way as the default timeline but some things do differ. Shinjiro does not join the Shadow Operatives, but supports them on the side--more of an Auxiliary member. Fuuka still tries her best to form a stronger relationship with him, even though he’s always a step behind her. Minako becomes like Minato in this timeline--able to rejoin the group with a limited amount of power and Personas, but still stays in the background for the most part seeing that Minato sacrificed himself for everyone. and because she's sorta OP. Leading into persona 5 lore, Fuuka infiltrates Shujin Academy as a teacher’s aid, specifically for Kawakami. She can sense the new persona users, but wants to see what will happen and carefully watches over them.

     --> In this timeline, she meets her brother, Yasonobu Yamagishi [ @doctor-yamagishi​ ]. Of course, it is very rocky and very disastrous since she never knew of him being his twin sibling. They met by happenstance and they don't realize they are related at first. It takes seeing Nobu's request on the PhanSite about his parents, which are Fuuka's parents as well. This leads to Fuuka finding out her parents deep dark secret and leads to Yasonobu having a palace. She helps the Phantom Thieves enter the palace--this leads to her being kidnapped by his shadow self, and after getting herself mentally destroyed, a palace is created and Fuuka’s shadow self is released. This leads to the Phantom Thieves having to call on the Shadow Operatives, especially Minako and Shinjiro, to help them. Eventually, this brings her brother into the fray, knowing how to help her--it helps him awaken to the persona Ikutsuki tried his hardest to get out of when he was little--and leads to Shinjiro cutting away the shadow self [ and doubts ] inside of Fuuka. This leads to Fuuka awakening to a third tier Persona, Gaia, which is further explained here.

Notes (will add on much later)

Fuuka and Shinjiro don’t move in together until the events after Arena. Koromaru joins them and eventually Ken stays with them on the weekends or for vacations.

They date. For a long, long, long time. Minako pesters the ever loving hell out of them, wanting to know why it’s taking them forever to go to the next step. Yukari joins in too.

Shinjiro and Minako are the last resort team members--because Minako is still somewhat OP and because Shinjiro is strong AF if maxed out in levels.

After Fuuka awakens to her third tier Persona, Gaia, Fuuka is more confident and more outgoing. She also keeps in close contact with her brother, trying her hardest to spend more time with him.

Junpei and Chidori are living together happily.

This timeline is loosely based off the fanfic Ace in the Hole on AO3.
